Grade & Frame is a project of OpenCapture. This site does not use tracking cookies. The calculators run entirely in your browser and send no data.

Newsletter

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address with our email provider Resend (EU region) to send you one cine tip a week. We use double opt-in: you only receive the newsletter after clicking the confirmation link we email you. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email. Unconfirmed sign-ups are not sent the newsletter. We delete your address on request.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver your files and provide support. We never see your full card details.

Affiliate links

Some links go to partner stores such as Amazon, which may set their own cookies under their own policies.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. To make a request, contact us via opencapture.org.
